WHAT TO DO IF YOU MISS THE RAPTURE

Undoubtedly, there will be people who will read this page prior to the Rapture taking place. However, we have designed this page specifically as an aid for those who will, unfortunately, be left behind, and will be searching for answers. We trust that you will find these answers below, and that you will find Christ, and make heaven your eternal home.

WHAT JUST TOOK PLACE?

You must have many thoughts about what has just taken place, and without a doubt the media is reporting numerous theories and opinions for where millions of people have disappeared to.

My friend, there is only one TRUE answer. The mass disappearance of these people is quite simply that the Lord Jesus Christ has removed from earth all believers who were spiritually ready for His return.

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words" (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18).

"Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality" (1 Corinthians 15:51-53).

WHY WAS I LEFT BEHIND?

It is important to understand not only what has happened, but why you remain on earth right now. You need not feel rejected by God, which is not what has happened. In fact, it is quite the opposite, you have rejected Him! By not committing your life to Jesus and by declining to follow Him, you have left Him with no choice but to leave you behind, to endure the Tribulation.

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 7:21).

"For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother" (Matthew 12:50).

"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool" (Isaiah 1:18).

IS THERE HOPE FOR ME?

Don’t be misled by people, trust in what the Bible says about you, and the chance for eternal life through Christ. Even though the Rapture has taken place, as long as you DO NOT receive the Mark of the Beast on your right hand or forehead, you have the opportunity to gain eternal salvation by accepting Jesus Christ as your Saviour.

“... him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out” (John 6:37).

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name” (John 1:2).

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6).

Yes there is hope for you! In the book of Revelation, the Bible speaks of a very large number people who will be saved during the Tribulation.

“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands” (Revelation 7:9).

“And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb” (Revelation 7:14).

My friend, it may not be too late for you to accept Christ, but you must understand and accept that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven. Good works will not take you to heaven, as your sins have not been forgiven. God will not allow heaven to be contaminated with unclean things and the only thing strong enough to cleanse your sins, is the precious blood of Jesus Christ.

Being saved is quite simple: You simply ask Jesus Christ, the Son of God, to come into your heart. You admit that you are a sinner and need forgiveness. Next, you has Jesus to forgive you of all your wrongdoings and then you make Jesus Christ Lord of your life by surrendering your will and life to Him. (Click here for more information on salvation).
